The Written Runway

When I was in New York, I had the pleasure of seeing Son Jung Wan‘s Fall 2013 collection.  This is the only collection I saw with any menswear looks this season (yay, give me more menswear!).  Son’s menswear looks complimented her women’s pieces so beautifully.  It’s nice to see colors that look great on both men and women.  A rich red or navy jacket is a great way to add color to an outfit.  Also, I love how the over-sized coats are worn with a very tailored pair of slacks.  The whole collection was playing on volume.  Let’s now take a moment for this tulle dress (it’s magical and I need it in my life).  Take this bundled, colorfully dressed man with this whimsical woman and it’s the perfect match.  Check out my view at the show (below).
