Rocking boots

Inspiration- Rocking Boots W 13

Today’s look was inspired by ankle boots.  As the heeled high-tops are making their mark on the industry, I’m still rocking my boots.  They’re my version on the casual heel for winter.  Each of these boots (above- Rebecca MinkoffSteve Madden, Madison Harding) fit my casual-shoe-wearing style.  A little country flare that I can turn sophisticated and fashionable.  For my look, I chose skinny jeans and a tee.  To pull my look together, a colored blazer seemed fun.  Every season a new trend makes it mark.  If the trend isn’t your style, don’t wear it.  There’s always a way to reinvent an outfit so you still look trendy without looking like you’re ‘trying too hard’.

Are you a heeled high-tops girl or an ankle boots girl?
