The Written Runway

Today’s look was inspired by Milly‘s Resort 2013 collection.  Holy-moly I love this entire collection.  It’s full of prints, color and the perfect balance of retro-meets-modern-day-chic.  I love how they are mixing everything together.  I chose to take on this ‘mixing prints’ trend into my own style.  For some reason, I’m stripe and polka dot obsessed, so why not mix them up.  I chose a monochromatic look for my prints.  It’s an easy way to make sure your prints compliment each other.  Try mixing up prints to fit your personal style.  (Side note- I love/need the yellow heels and lace skirt)
