Today’s look was inspired by Chloe‘s Spring 2012 collection. As we’re headed into a holiday weekend, I wanted to create a look that was poolside ready. I’m headed to Palm Desert today and packed some goodies for the heat. These Chloe looks are perfect for lunch at the country club or going out on the yacht. I wanted to create a more casual version of these looks. I chose this coral, loose top. It’s great for pairing over a swimsuit or bra. Like Chloe’s looks, I also chose a khaki colored short. I love the sporty, running short-like sides of these shorts. Forget the shoes! As obsessed as I am with shoes, I also LOVE to be barefoot. I accessorized with a few colorful bangles, silver earrings and a ring. When going to a pool party I try to keep my jewelry simple but still have a few pieces on for a finished look. Don’t forget the sunnies! Sunglasses, sunscreen and water should be everyone’s “gotta-have” for the summer.
